Every year Mullin’s supply scoopfuls of fantastic flavours of
dreamily creamy, pure dairy Jersey ice cream made from only the finest
cream and milk of our Jersey cows who all graze on the luscious green
grass of Rosebank Farm in Ballymoney, Northern Ireland. Rosebank Dairy
Farm has a large herd of over 200 Jersey cows.
Brothers Colm and Walter Mullin are second generation ice cream
experts and take pride in every single product that leaves their
doors. Their commitment to quality has been recognized by the Ice
Cream Alliance who awarded Mullin’s Ice Cream with a silver
medal in 2007 for their Champagne Sorbet. On top of this, Mullin’s
were also awarded the British Retail Consortium (BRC) accreditation
for food-safety demonstrating the integrity of the Mullin’s
brand.
